Refund policy
RETURNS
I trust that your item will reach you in good condition and that you will be happy with your item. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 working days to arrange a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also, it must be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including personalised goods.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please be sure to obtain proof of postage from the post office when sending your return. Please note that products sent without proof of postage that go missing will not be eligible for a refund.
DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
Sadly, sometimes things happen in transit. If you receive goods which are damaged, you have up to 30 days to claim for a replacement or refund.
In that situation, please contact me as soon as possible using the contact form on this site with proof of the damage (i.e. photograph) so that either a replacement or refund can be arranged.
LATE DELIVERY / LOST DURING DELIVERY
If your goods do not arrive within a reasonable time of the dispatch and shipping times, please contact me to so that I can do my best resolve the situation by offering a replacement or refund. 30 days from purchase is the window to make a claim, so make contact as soon as possible.
REFUNDS
If your returned item meets the required condition and is approved, then your refund will be raised. When processed for a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
