Welcome to my new shop, I'm so happy that you found me here.

This is where you will find my nature inspired wall art prints, greetings cards, gifts and planners for all seasons and occasions...

 I'm Angie, the freelance illustrator behind all the colourful drawings and patterns.

Based near the beautiful Quantock Hills in Somerset, my hand-drawn illustrations and designs are inspired by the wildlife and scenery of the South West of England. Drawing the wild fills me with joy and each piece is created to raise a smile.

I've been freelancing in design for over 15 years and have successfully been selling my art on Etsy throughout that time. With over 3,700, 5 star Etsy reviews, I continue to sell worldwide from my ArtworkByAngie Etsy shop.

However, it feels more than overdue to offer my UK based customers something a little better, right here from my very own online shop. 

The plan is to be able to have more control over the items I can offer.  Especially with products, that due to high sellers fees on other sites, have been very tricky to offer before. 

If you are outside the UK, Etsy will still be my site for shipping overseas - they are set up to help me navigate import rules (over at Etsy I am fully EU compliant and offer DDP shipping to the US)...

The Story Behind This Shop...

Artwork by Angie is the name of my online Etsy & Folksy shops, which I launched after returning to my hometown with my husband to raise our two girls. Seeing our daughters grow and develop a joy for all things creative reminded me of what I had always dreamed of doing when I grew up - simply drawing and colouring in.

My designs have a very British flavour with a scent of the seaside, caravan holidays, cream teas and glorious afternoons spent pottering in the garden. Each of my products usually start life as a line drawing, usually fibre pen, and all are coloured on my iPad or Adobe Illustrator (vectors make it easier to scale and retain the quality of the design on many different printed products).

It's important to me that my designs are produced in a way that is kind to the environment and supports other British businesses - which is why they are printed on FSC papers and produced in Britain. Some of my greetings card and gift wrap designs can currently be found in lots of lovely card and gift shops across the UK, including branches of Waterstones & National Trust. 

For me, it's all about raising a smile and putting a bit of warmth and colour back into the world.
